Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, please contact us at lilisunshinejewelry@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your return is approved due to damage, defect, or shipping error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at lilisunshinejewelry@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items / Final Sale
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items returned in used, worn, damaged, or altered condition
- Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase
Because of the nature of certain products, additional non-returnable items may apply where permitted by law. If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a return for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, or the item arrived damaged or defective.
